let this moment be long,
let it bleed right into the next,
taking you along for the journey -
the ride.
the long, fluid breath in,
the fill up — right to the top.
and the stop.
the pause.
that time between,
where it all seems to freeze.
then let go,
let it all out.
the old air, the old moment,
the old thoughts and their process.
forgive yourself there;
let love in,
and then a little bit more.
soften with compassion,
strengthen your empathy,
and move into the next moment
with a sense of knowing -
a demonstration of truth.
the wholehearted breathing of you.
